The MSH Construction Company was founded by Lisa and Walter Moss and Martin Hollister. The three officers formed a strategic alliance with each other to develop a general construction company that emphasizes customer satisfaction. The Moss family’s and Martin Hollister’s relationship extend back to the late nineteen eighties.

Walter Moss began his career in construction as a cement mason. Within a short period of time, Walter quickly moved up the construction ladder while his wife Lisa, concurrently excelled in the corporate world of business. It wasn’t long before the eager couple decided to combine their individual strengths and branch out establishing their own business, The Moss Company.

Without delay, The Moss Company was recognized throughout the state of California while providing concrete, demolition, grading and labor services establishing reputable and long lasting relationships with their clients.

While The Moss Company continued to advance in the construction industry, so did Martin Hollister. Martin was consistently acknowledged by his superiors and therefore advancing to executive positions such as District Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Construction with top design/ build companies in the world. Martin received acclamations from clients and quality / excellence awards from his peers and colleagues simply for following his passion and drive for success.

The three realized personal goals within either a corporate or subcontractor to general construction structure. The absence of being able to directly address the clients needs, lead to the creation and implementation of The MSH Construction Company, DBA: The Moss Company, a small business and woman owned organization.

With over 34 years of construction, procurement, scheduling, estimating and corporate experience in both national and international projects, the three have established a successful committed corporation with great work ethic and most importantly, take pride in achieving the expectations of their clients.
