The Moss’ perspective was as the Owners of a subcontracting company and Mr. Hollister’s as the Principal for projects. They all share the belief that by strategically planning the work and then executing the plan they will successfully complete projects ahead of schedule, under budget and deliver a quality product.

Lisa Moss possesses an 18-year business management, financial planning, operations, accounting, construction estimating and the directing of human resources experience in both large corporate and small business structures.
As a business owner for over 13 years Lisa possesses the knowledge, experience, temperance, foresight and understanding to ensure that the office and field operations perform productively and in sync. She has worked closely with the insurance, bonding and banking communities to build an operation that is quality and safety conscious and is fiscally responsible and sensitive to client needs.
Lisa has established a reputation in the industry for her hands on experience, ability to relate to both the office and field environments and a passion for the honest and forthright achievement of success. She is noted for her strong work ethic and commitment to clients that at the end of a project they will receive a quality product, within budget and delivered on schedule.

Walter Moss has a 29-year construction, procurement, scheduling and estimating history performing multiple assignments as Project Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Manager and Business Owner. As a business owner for over 19 years Walter possesses the knowledge, experience, for the strategic use of personnel and equipment to ensure a quality project is delivered efficiently and quickly without compromising the project integrity.
Walter has managed projects of various magnitudes specializing in architectural concrete stamping and staining, foundations, slabs, retaining walls, site work and hand seed exposed aggregate finishes. Walter holds a reputation in the industry for his hands on experience, diversity of projects and implementation of procedures. He is noted for his strong work ethic and commitment to his clients in achieving superior results.

Martin (Marty) Hollister has a 34-year construction, procurement, scheduling and estimating history performing multiple assignments as Project Superintendent, Purchasing Agent, Project Manager, District Construction Manager and Vice President of Construction. He has received commendations from clients, and Quality and Excellence awards from peers.
Marty has held executive positions with top design/build companies in the world. He was Vice President Construction and Principal in Charge of Projects with HNTB Design/Build, Inc. for 8 years; District Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager with The Austin Company for 16 years, and Project Manager with Ellerbe Builders, Inc. for 3 years.
He has managed projects of various magnitudes both nationally an internationally. Marty holds a reputation in the industry for his hands on experience, diversity of projects and implementation of procedures. He is noted for his strong work ethic and commitment to his clients in achieving superior results.
